Jon Dale is a Property Investor, multiple business owner, SSAS Trustee, and Wealth Coach specialising in building sustainable wealth through property, business, and diversified income strategies.
With a background in sales and marketing for blue-chip companies, Jon went on to establish a national mortgage practice in 2006, growing it to over 36 brokers across the UK, alongside owning two IFA businesses.
After exiting financial services, Jon founded his property investment company with a focus on creating financial independence and long-term, asset-backed income. Today, he manages a growing personal property portfolio and mentors investors through Wealth Builders, helping them build resilient wealth structures and greater time freedom.
Jon’s professional drive is shaped by personal experience — including the early loss of his father and the premature birth of his twins — reinforcing his commitment to financial stability, simplicity, and the ability to prioritise what matters most.
He believes true wealth is measured not only in financial returns, but in time freedom, control, and the choices it creates.

Gill, together with her husband have been landlords for over 20 years with a portfolio of B2Ls in South Wales.
They have a wide range of experience within the private rented housing sector from buying, renovating and letting or selling properties; sourcing properties for other investors; holiday lets; HMOs and more recently own an estate agency in Caerphilly. Until recently they also ran their own property networking events for landlords who invest specifically in Wales so becoming the NRLA’s Welsh Representative is a natural progression for Gill.
Since joining the NRLA during covid, Gill has been instrumental in setting up and supporting locally run Landlord forums across her South Wales region.
Gill is extremely proud of her welsh heritage, having been born and brought up in its capital, Cardiff. Her career of over 45 years spans across the Public, private and 3rd Sectors including the BBC, Manpower, the largest Recruitment company in the world and also more recently the CEO of Welsh Women’s Aid, the Welsh Domestic Abuse umbrella organisation.
With a passion for Equality, Gill was instrumental in setting up the first ever Nursery in the BBC and also campaigned for subtitles on TV. During her time with Manpower she set up and developed their Welfare Reform division supporting a wide range of unemployed jobseekers and benefit claimants. Her career has seen her work across the length and breathe of Wales, helping her to understand the regional differences and challenges that local landlords face.
Married with four grown up children and 6 grandchildren, she has also held a number of trustee positions including Cancer Research Wales, and Elite Supported Employment a charity helping disabled adults secure and sustain employment.

With over 25 years of experience in financial management within the steel industry, Paul brings a strategic and detail-focused mindset to the property sector. Over the past eight years, he has built and self-managed a substantial portfolio of shared houses, gaining in-depth knowledge of HMO compliance, tenant relations, and day-to-day property management.
As Co-Director of MultiLet Management, Paul combines his corporate experience with a genuine passion for property to deliver high-quality letting services across Swansea and Neath. His strong financial background supports a results-driven, transparent approach that prioritises long-term value for landlords and a reliable experience for tenants.

As a former Swansea University student and current landlord with my own property portfolio, I’ve experienced first hand the challenges students face in the rental market—from poor maintenance to unresponsive letting agents. I also understand the difficulties landlords encounter managing their own properties effectively.
Since 2018, we’ve taken a fresh approach to property management, managing and investing in high-quality HMO and BTL properties. Our mission is to provide tenants with safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes, while helping landlords maximise returns and protect the long-term value of their properties.
